somewhat underwhelming for the price
slow elevators lackluster breakfast
the elevators where slow. i swear i spent half my time waiting. plus, the breakfast was a joke for what they charge. i've seen better spreads at a roadside diner and i think the staff looked as thrilling as a tax audit.

takeaway package poor quality
I asked if they could reimburse me for the breakfast because i had to leave for the airport early. They refused and instead prepared a takeaway package which was hardly worth 25 euros.

granite bathroom spacious room helpful staff
the room was spacious, i was in a beautiful double or twin room. it had a really large bathroom all in granite. the front desk staff gave great restaurant and walking route suggestions!
I thought the hotel was a bit pricey. for what you pay, you should not need to pay extra for the facilities in the room. there were holes in the pillowcase!

shower door issue staff indifference
the location was acceptable to my needs.
the shower door didn't seal properly one morning. water ran all over the bathroom and bedroom. i had to call my husband for help, and he is not young. we were afraid of falling, and the hotel staff did not express concern when i reported the issue at checkout. there was also no apology.

Central Location and Comfortable Stay

The hotel has an unbeatable central location, steps away from major attractions. I appreciated the ease of access to the underground. Breakfast offered a rich variety and high-quality options. I particularly enjoyed the pastries. The room I had was clean and quite spacious. The bed was really huge and provided restful nights.
I noticed a slight delay with the elevators at peak times. It wasn't a big problem, but it did require a bit of patience.

Staff was helpful and attentive throughout my stay. They responded promptly to requests. The concierge provided useful directions to nearby attractions, and the front desk efficiently handled check-in and check-out. The team really seemed committed to.
